Settlement applications for adult dependents of former Gurkhas are one of our significant areas of expertise. We have over a decade of experience in handling such cases. We can deal with clients outside the UK at times convenient for them. We assist them throughout the application, including completing online applications, booking appointments and checking and submitting documents.

If you currently reside in Hong Kong and are/were holding a BNO passport, you are eligible to settle in the UK with your spouse, children and extended family members. We can assist you with the application.

We can also assist clients with Tier 1 and Tier 2 visas as long as they meet the criteria in accordance with the new points-based system. Each application will be unique and may require a solicitor’s input.

You can apply for an asylum and protection visa if you need to stay in the UK as a refugee. There must be sufficient base that you cannot live safely in your own country due to persecution by race, religion, nationality, gender, sexuality etc., and the authorities of your own country have failed to protect you.

UK visitor visas are given to individuals who wish to enter the UK on a short-term basis and who intend to return home. This could be for a holiday or a scheduled programme. Some activities are prohibited with such a visa. We can guide you through the stages of the UK visitor visa application process.

After fulfilling the eligibility criteria, we can assist you in applying for the settlement ILE/ILR visas.

We can challenge the refusal of the application by the Home Office through the relevant way of either an Appeal, Judicial Review or Administrative review. We can help you to prepare the documents and provide the guidance necessary to complete the process.

The necessary and relevant appeal can be processed for clients within and outside the UK. Please note: an appeal cannot be lodged for every refusal.

Family visas are available for those who want to establish a family life with their partner/family who is already settled in the UK or is a British citizen. We can assist you with all types of family visas, including a Fiancée visa, Spouse visa, Civil Partner visa, Unmarried Partner visa, ILR as Victim of Domestic Violence, ILR as a Bereaved Partner, Child visa and Access Rights to a child in the UK.
