Complaint Policy

Gurkha Solicitors Limited are committed to providing a high-quality service. If you are unhappy with any part of the services offered, you should contact Uttar Man Limbu, the firm's principal and responsible for dealing with complaints by telephone or letter. We have a complaints procedure that details how we must handle complaints. A copy of this policy is available on request.

We will consider and reply to your complaint within six weeks if it involves an investigation from a third party. If we have yet to resolve it within the time scale given, we will inform you and will request for extension of time.If you are unhappy about the outcome of the complaint, you may contact the Legal Ombudsmen and complain tothem directly.

If you are not satisfied with our handling of your complaint, you can ask the Legal Ombudsmen to consider the complaint. Typically, you will need to bring a complaint to the Legal Ombudsmen within six months of receiving a final written response from us about your complaint or within a year from the occurrence of the act or omission about which you are complaining. You can also complain to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) via their website, www.sra.org.uk.
